Blockchain as Digital Public Infrastructure
In June 2026, UNDP launched its Blockchain Advisory Group
and framed blockchain as public infrastructure for development — drawing on
42 practical use cases across digital payments, identity, climate finance, traceability,
public procurement and service delivery. The DCx Blockchain Initiative has been
delivering against exactly these six domains for years — across our consortium, our sister ventures,
and our partner ministries. We don't see this as a new agenda. We see it as a confirmation of what
we already build.

Digital Payments & Inclusion
Inefficient payment rails are the single biggest tax on rural micro-entrepreneurs. The fix is interoperable, national rails — Bakong + KHQR in Cambodia — with an agriculture-specific wallet on top.
Banks and donors can't reach who they can't see. Verifiable digital identity — farmer, farm, cooperative, processor — is the precondition for finance, traceability, and benefits delivery.
Climate-finance markets need credible Measurement, Reporting & Verification. We sell independent MRV as a service — fee-based, transparent, and not exposed to credit-price volatility.
Weak accountability is the gap between EU demand for verifiable origin (EUDR, 2026–27) and Cambodian exports. QR-coded, blockchain-ready batch records close that gap — for cashew first, then coffee, rice and fisheries.
Transparency in donor and government tender flow is a public good in itself. We curate a directory of authoritative procurement and consulting feeds — MDB, UN, bilateral donor, Cambodia portals — so the channels stay open and visible.
Stronger institutions are the destination, not just the means. Live government platforms — NCDDS, MOI, CDC — built on the DCx stack are the proof that public-purpose digital infrastructure works at national scale.
