Proof · Live government platforms ↗The Royal Government of Cambodia's Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021–2035 (CDES-PF) sets a 15-year arc for the country's digital transformation — guided by three core principles. DCx Blockchain's work maps directly onto each one.
The CDES-PF defines 10 strategies spanning connectivity, digital-payment infrastructure, security, human capital and tech-company collaboration. The National Bank of Cambodia's Bakong — itself a blockchain-based payment infrastructure — is the cornerstone of the country's digital-finance layer. We build with it, on it, and around it.
