Access to accurate, timely data improves the lives of people around the world. We are working to empower community leaders through data-driven insights and analytics — building a more equitable, resilient, and connected future across Southeast Asia and beyond.
DCx Global turns evidence into systems — combining community-embedded research, modern digital engineering, and patent-backed innovation to help governments, donors, and enterprises make better decisions, deliver measurable results, and unlock long-term competitive advantage in Cambodia and the wider Mekong region.
We are working to empower community leaders through data-driven insights and analytics. We believe that access to accurate and timely data is critical to achieving sustainable development goals and improving the lives of people in Southeast Asia and around the world.
By leveraging the power of data, we aim to create positive social impact and contribute to a more equitable and just world — where every community leader has the evidence they need to make decisions that matter.
Four capabilities that define how we operate — each backed by external proof: patents, registrations, and certifications. They map one-to-one to the structure of our work, our website, and our proposals.
Research, statistics, surveys, public-opinion polling, KAP studies, baseline/endline evaluation, M&E. Anchored by our 2026 patent under NAICS 541910 — Market Research and Public Opinion Polling.
GIS & remote sensing, MIS platforms, mobile-first apps, cloud and data engineering, blockchain. Built to last — clients own and run the systems we deliver, no black boxes.
LABx R&D — STEAM education, satellite & earth observation, drone, AI/ML, smart-city IoT. Cambodia's homegrown innovation engine, anchored by our 2026 Real Estate patent.
Environmental & social safeguards, ESMP and GRM systems, indigenous peoples, resettlement planning, ESG compliance. Audit-trail by design — backed by our 14-year ADIC consortium and Cambodian registrations (MoC + MoI).
Operating principles, not slogans. Every commitment below is defensible — point to a project, patent, system, or registration that proves it.
Every recommendation is grounded in data, fieldwork, and statistical rigor. We do not guess — we sample, test, and triangulate.
We deliver systems clients can own, run, and extend — open architectures, full documentation, knowledge transfer. Not black boxes.
Cambodian field teams who speak the languages and walk the villages — paired with World Bank, ADB, and FAO-grade methods and standards.
Open data, audit trails, GRM platforms, and shared dashboards as defaults. Clients and stakeholders see the same numbers we do — no hidden layers.
Outcomes, not outputs. Indicators tied to SDGs, ESG, and client KPIs — not vanity counts. We report back plainly, even when results are uncomfortable.
Data ColabX Consortium (DCx Global) is a collective of researchers, engineers, and domain specialists working at the intersection of development data, digital transformation, and emerging technology.
We design monitoring & evaluation systems, analyze research data, and build blockchain- and AI-enabled software that community organizations, governments, and enterprises use to coordinate at scale.
Our work spans agriculture value chains, health & nutrition, statistical sampling, policy research, and digital product development — always delivered through a collaborative engagement model with the partners we serve.
This positions DCx squarely inside the global shift UNDP describes in New Tech, New Partners — the move toward Digital Public Infrastructure as the layer where development gets done. Our Blockchain Initiative, our sister ventures (CashEW, AgriTech, FarmsNexus), and the public-sector platforms we operate are concrete contributions to that infrastructure, built for the Mekong and built to scale into ASEAN.
We believe in the power of collaboration — working closely with our partners and clients to deliver customized solutions that address targeted challenges and specific needs.
— DCx Global ConsortiumFrom founder to field researcher, every member of the consortium brings decades of combined expertise to the problems we tackle.
